After you have clicked to download the form you will get a dialogue box like
the one on the left.

It is quite safe to click on the open button.
The form will then open in Microsoft Imaging you then click print and the
document will print.

You then just fill in the form and send it to our membership secretary with an
annual membership fee of £2.00
